Forms and applications.
Submitting an online form sends a request to the Department; it does not by itself approve a licence, concession, grant or any other benefit. Information you provide must be true and complete. Giving false information may lead to refusal or other action under the law.
Member accounts.
Keep your password private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity under your account. The Department may suspend accounts that are misused.
Acceptable use.
