National Insurance Penetration Survey
Department of Commerce

National Insurance Penetration Survey.

The Department of Commerce is conducting a national survey to assess insurance penetration in Saint Lucia. The survey measures the extent to which individuals and households are covered by insurance, identifies gaps in coverage across the population, and examines the barriers that prevent wider uptake.

Findings will provide the Government with an evidence-based picture of where Saint Lucia stands on insurance penetration and will directly inform national insurance policy and financial resilience strategies.

We encourage you to participate and share the survey link with family, friends and contacts. The more responses received, the more representative and useful the data will be.

The survey takes approximately 10 minutes to complete and can be accessed using the link below or by scanning the QR code in the attached flyer:

All responses will be used solely for planning and policy purposes.

Thank you for your participation and support.
