A business name registration cannot be prepared without an approved Business Name Search Form or ROCIP name-search approval email, and a valid Saint Lucian National ID (front and back). Without a National ID, send a valid Saint Lucian driver’s licence or passport. CARICOM nationals attach a Rights of Establishment or a CARICOM Skills Certificate.
